The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 37 of 2026, under Section 143(3) BNS and Section 3/4/5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, P.S.- Noida Sector-49, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the allegation in the FIR dated 14.2.2026 lodged by the police is the operating of Spa Centre, wherein the trade of immoral traffic has been continued.
