The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 194 of 2023, under Sections 506, 468, 467, 420, 120-B IPC, P.S. Pahasu, District- Bulandshahr during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has no role in the incident wherein the FIR dated 6.7.2023 is lodged by the informant that accused applicant and other co-accused has taken money from the informant for providing job in college. The role attributed on the accused applicant is that some of the money has been transferred in the account of the accused applicant. She has no role in the incident. The amount has already been returned. The investigation
