The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in F.I.R. dated 26.09.2025 Case Crime No. 1146 of 2025 , under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 124(2), 121, 125, 352, 351(3), 109, 299, 223, 61(2) of BNS and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station Baradari, District Bareilly, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the applicant was named in the F.I.R., but there is no specific role has been assigned against him, general allegation has been made. It is further submits that the injuries said to be caused on two persons were simple in nature and not fatal to l
