The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 649 of 2025, under Sections 109, 131, 352, 190, 191(3), 191(2) of BNS, P.S. Chakeri, District - Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR lodged on 7.10.2025 for the incident of 6.10.2025 by father of the injured. The allegation in the FIR is such that there was tussle between the accused applicant and sons of informant for giving side on the road. The allegation is that the co-accused has taken out the country made pistol and fired and other has started inflicting wound by brick. He has criminal history of five cases, whi
