The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 164 of 2024, under Section 3/7 Essential Commodities Act and Section 35 Legal Metrology Act, P.S.- Gajner, District- Kanpur Dehat during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the Supply Inspector against the accused applicant who runs ration shop. The allegation in the FIR is such that the accused applicant has not maintained proper register and not distributed the ration as per rules.
