The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 37 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 316(5) of BNS, P.S. Badhapur, District- Bijnor, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the Block Development Officer against the accused applicant on 20.3.2026 with the allegation that the accused applicant has wrongfully gain Rs.4,67,436/- by preparing forged master role and job cards on the basis of which the Government has made payment.
