The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicants to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 481 of 2025, under Sections 3/5a/8 the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, P.S.- Saraimeer, District- Azamgarh. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicants that the accused-applicants have been falsely implicated in the case. The F.I.R. is lodged by the police on 16.12.2025 against the anonymous persons, wherein at the burial ground, there were certain remnants of slaughtering of cow. The police also found some cattle tied on the pole and some free cattle. It is after the lapse of nearly 45 days, on 03.02.2026, four persons were apprehended by
