The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 109 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 352, 351(3) BNS, P.S.- Nawabad, District- Jhansi. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been named in the F.I.R. dated 27.02.2026. There is a cross fight in between the parties. The dispute between the two families of the same vicinity is regarding the possession of the well, for which the civil suit
