The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 136 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352 BNS, P.S. Lisadi Gate, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that a false and frivolous FIR has been lodged by the informant with the allegation that on 02.03.2026 at about 3:15 p.m., the accused/applicants came to the place of incident and Sameer has opened fire. The other co-accused have beaten the son and wife of the informant. The accused/applicants and informant are of same vicinity. The co-accused Sameer is attributed the role of opening fire. There is no firearm injury.
