The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 336 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 352, 351(3) BNS, P.S.- Kabrai, District- Mahoba, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in the FIR dated 28.11.2025, ten named and some anonymous persons have been named in the FIR with the allegation that on 24.11.2025 the informant has lodged the FIR against co-accused.
