The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 70 of 2024, under Sections 452, 147, 323, 504, 308 IPC, P.S.- Kaila Devi, District- Sambhal, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by opposite party no. 2 belatedly on 26.04.2024 for the occurred of 03.04.2024 at 23:30 hours. Six persons were named in the FIR. The FIR was initially lodged for voluntary causing hurt, during the investigation the accused applicant has not been arrested and was issued notice under Section 41A CrPC.
