The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 268 of 2021, under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, P.S. Kaptanganj, District- Kushi Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the Food Inspector with the allegation that the accused applicant is running a ration shop wherein he used to take thumb impression and did not provide ration to them.
