The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 237 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS, P.S. Srirampur, District Deoria during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of joining the service on the post of Assistant Teacher on false and fictitious testimonials, which is mark sheet.
