The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 341 of 2019, under Sections 308, 323, 504 IPC, P.S.- Bithri Chainpur, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the accused applicants have been falsely implicated by the informant belatedly on 09.10.2019 for the incident of 01.09.2018. Learned counsel submits that the informant was a drunkered, who is no more alive.
