Heard Sri Ranjeet Kumar Asthana, learned counsel for the applicant and Learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 701 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), and 118(2) of BNS, P.S.- Baghpat, District- Baghpat, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant. The incident is of 11.11.2025 whereas the FIR is lodged on 21.11.2025. The allegation is such that the accused applicant has intercepted the informant while he was standing beside the truck. On asking about purpose of standing, there was altercation which led to the fight. The allegation of giving brick blow on the face of the informant Abi
