The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 297 of 2017, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, P.S.- Deorania, District- Bareilly. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the police on 26.07.2017 against the accused- applicant and co-accused. The allegation in the F.I.R. is such that the police personnel have apprehended two accused including the applicant, wherein they have been shown carrying the stolen solar panels. At the time of arrest, the accused-applicant is shown to be sprinted off out from the clutches of the police.
