The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 383 of 2025, under Sections 8/20 of NDPS Act, P.S. Pallavpuram, District Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated by the police along with co- accused Dawood and Sahil, who have been apprehended by the police while traveling on Swift Car with 20.663 Kgs. of Ganja in the bags laden in the car.
