The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 05 of 2026, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, P.S. Kokhraj, District Kaushambi during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR dated 04.01.2026 has been lodged by police party against the anonymous person with the allegation that they have found 12 cattle tied on the pole. During investigation, it is found that cattle were used for slaughtering. During investigation, the name of certain co-accused were figured out.
