The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 525 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 109, 115(2),352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Kotwali Dehat, District Mirzapur during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by the informant. The main allegation is against the co-accused Sahid Gaddi against whom the version in the FIR dated 03.12.2025 is that while attending the marriage in the house of informant started teasing the girls which led to the fight.
