Heard Sri Sanjay Tiwari, learned advocate, holding the brief, appears for the applicant hands up the supplementary affidavit showing criminal history of seven cases, the same is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Compliant Case No.158 of 2025, under Sections 352, 109(1) BNS, Police Station- Mayeel, District- Deoria during pendency of the trial. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the case along with two other accused. The role in the FIR dated 13.7.2025 is such that while demarcation of the land was continuing, the accused-applicant came on motorcycle and fi
