The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Compliant Case No.316 of 2022, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Meerut during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the FIR has been lodged by the Sub-Registrar on 9.8.2022 with the allegation that there is interpolation with the registry number of the document. The FIR is lodged against all the persons, the donor, donee, the advocate who has drafted the gift deed and the witnesses. The applicant is witness.
