The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Compliant Case No.44 of 2010, under Sections 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 471 read with Section 34 and 120 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Kanpur Nagar during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the journalist has lodged the FIR in the year 2010 against 21 persons with the allegation that accused company has issued certain advertisement for distributing petrol, diesel, gas agency and other licenses to dupe persons.
