The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2019, under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477A, 120B, 34 IPC, P.S.- Varanasi Sector (EOW), District- Varanasi. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that belated FIR has been lodged on 24.10.2019 for the incident occurred in the year 2004-05. The accused/applicant is named in the FIR. During investigation, the name of accused applicant is reflected being the Kotedar, who was provided with the ration for distributing the same to labours engaged in the work. It is alleged that the food grains received by the applicant has not been provided to the labours and misappropriated. Learned counsel submits
