The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.245 of 2023, under Section 366, 376, 342, 328 IPC, Police Station- Bhognipur, District Kanpur Dehat, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The incident is said to be of 05.08.2023 and the FIR has been lodged on an application dated 07.08.2023.
