The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 206 of 2025, under Sections 305(a) BNS, P.S. Bhojipura, District Bareilly during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in the case of theft in the school, wherein the FIR is lodged on 10.03.2025 for the incident of theft dated 24.02.2025 with the allegation that on the date of incident the Tablet and other items of the school were stolen.
