The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 3/7 E.C. Act in Case Crime No.159 of 2025, Police Station- Alinagar, District Chandauli. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant runs the fair price shop. During her pregnancy, her husband was entrusted to sit in the fair price shop. On 21.05.2025, the F.I.R. has been lodged by the Supply Inspector for the incident of 19.05.2025, wherein it is found that the register maintained in the fair price shop is not in confirmity with the grains allotted for the purpose of distribution of ration. Further submits that there is no complaint from the persons, who are eligible for getting the ration. It is on random
