The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 60, 63, 72 of U.P. Excise Act in Case Crime No.12 of 2026, Police Station- Maanchi, District Sonebhadra. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the police on the basis of statement of the co-accused. The allegation in the F.I.R. dated 21.02.2026 is that the applicant who is the resident of Bihar, has engaged the services of two co-accused, who in their motorcycle, supplied the liquor to be taken in the State of Bihar.
