Heard Sri Ray Sahab Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Ruchita Jain, learned counsel for the informant and Learned AGA for the State. 2. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352 & 351(3) BNS, P.S. Navabad, District Jhansi during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that there is cross version of the FIR. The FIR lodged by the applicant is shown that there were four injured from the side of the applicant. In the FIR lodged by the informant, wherein the accused/applicant is named. There is only one injured having four injuries. Initially the FIR was lodged for the offence of voluntary causing hurt, which was later on
