The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 108 of 2026, under Sections 109(1), 115(2), 352 & 351(3) BNS, P.S. Navabad, District Jhansi during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that there is cross version of the FIR. The FIR lodged by the applicant is shown that there were four injured from the side of the applicant. In the FIR lodged by the informant, wherein the accused/applicant is named.
