The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 234 of 2025, under Sections 87, 351(3), 316(2), 61(2) of BNS, P.S.- Visharatganj, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated by the father of informant for enticement of his daughter. The main allegation is against the co-accused Salim. The allegation against the applicant is that he has provided money to the co-accused after mortgaging the jewellery which the victim has taken along with her helping the accused for enticement. The applicant has no criminal history. The applic
