Akhtar, learned counsel for the accused applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 2. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 132 of 2025, under Sections 2(b)(i), 3(1) of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act 1986, P.S.- Thuti Bari, District- Maharajganj. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the FIR has been lodged under the Gangsters Act on the basis of three false cases lodged by villagers through an application under Section 156(3) CrPC, when the new Gram Pradhan came to power. The allegation in the FIR is that in the year 2018-19 the applicant accused was Gram Panchayat Secretary and was entrusted with the work of distribution of the amount of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna to the persons of the village.
