The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.350 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 117(2), 352, 351(3), 333, 109(1) of BNS, P.S.- Salempur, District- Deoria, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that accused applicants have been falsely implicated by informant.The allegation in the FIR is that on 16.11.2025, there was a program of Bahubhoj in the house of accused applicants, where the Disc Jockey (D.J.) was played.
