The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 912 of 2025, under Sections 305 BNS, P.S. Bhojipura, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case wherein the FIR has been lodged on 18.09.2025 for the allegation of theft of battery and inverter from piggery farm. The accused applicant has been arrested by the police in another case and by the disclosure statement, the present case is opened against the accused applicant.
