The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 516 of 2011, under Sections 420, 406, 506 IPC, P.S.- Binwar, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has no specific role either in taking of money or cheating in the FIR dated 27.07.2011. The allegation in the FIR is for taking of money from the side of bridegroom for providing match. The accused applicant is stated to be middleman for providing match, but relation never matured to marriage. The charge sheet is submitted.
