The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 14 of 2026, under Sections 61(2), 87, 137(2) of BNS, P.S.- Chilhiya, District- Siddharth Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the brother of main accused against whom the allegation of enticement has been lodged by the mother of the victim. The role attributed on the accused applicant is of helping his brother in enticing the daughter of informant. In the statement recorded under Section 183 BNSS of the victim, she has categorically stated about the said role of the accused
