The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 964 of 2025, under Sections 305, 331(4) of BNS, P.S.- Bhojipura, District- Bareilly, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case wherein the FIR is lodged, it is alleged against anonymous person for breaking the liquor shop and stealing of 20 packs of country made liquor, money and POS machine.
