The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Compliant Case No.10473 of 2022 (Prem Singh Vs. Mukesh Kumar) under Sections 465, 647, 471, 500 IPC, Police Station- Babugarh, District- Hapur, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the false and frivolous complaint is moved by opposite party against the accused- applicant who is Junior Engineer in the Electricity Department. The complaint is motivated. Initially, the applicant has lodged the FIR of electricity theft against the opposite party no.2 wherein charge sheet has been submitted.
