The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 580 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109(1), 131, 351(2) BNS, P.S.-Gangoh, District- Saharanpur. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the accused-applicant has been falsely implicated by the informant in the present case in F.I.R. dated 05.12.2025 for the incident dated 29.11.2025, it is alleged in the F.I.R. that the two sons of informant and another person Sandeep have been badly beaten by the accused-applicant along with the co-accused.
