The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.336 of 2025, under Section 140(2) of BNS, Police Station- Tharvai, District- Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the opposite party has falsely implicated the applicant in FIR dated 22.12.2025 for the incident of abduction of informant on 18.12.2025.
