The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.121 of 2024, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station- Kone, District- Sonbhadra during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants have been falsely implicated under the provisions of gangster act on a single case of cow slaughter, wherein the accused has been enlarged on bail by the Court of District and Session Judge, Sonbhadra in order dated 17.10.2024.
