The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.413 of 2024, under Sections 147, 506, 384, 500 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali City, District- Bijnor during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contention of learned counsel for the applicants that the opposite party no.2 has lodged false and frivolous FIR on 16.5.2024 against the applicants including the co-accused Chandramoni. It is alleged in the FIR that the applicants were working in the hospital run by the opposite party no.2. They were terminated from the job on the ground of embezzlement in the hospital. Subsequent thereto, they through Chandramani started extorting money from th
