The present anticipatory application has been moved by the applicant for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 303(2), 61(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of BNS in Case Crime No.341 of 2025, Police Station- Farah, District Mathura. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the opposite party no.2 on 22.09.2025 against the co- accused. The allegation in the F.I.R. is such that the accused Arun Yadav runs a logistic hub for the shipments of flipkart Internet Private Limited. The hub has received certain electronic items for it's delivery.
