The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0402/2025 dated 04.11.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 316(2) of BNS, 2023 P.S.- Noida Sector-58, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for accused applicant that the informant has no locus in lodging the FIR which was lodged on 04.11.2025 for the alleged incident dated 08.04.2025.
