The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2026, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 447 IPC, P.S.- Jasrana, District- Firozabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the matter is purely civil in nature wherein the FIR has been lodged by the informant, who is the resident of same village. The allegation in the FIR is that the accused applicant has taken patta of land on the basis of manufactured documents like aadhar card, voter identity card.
