The present anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime No.08 of 2026, under Section 64, 352, 35-B BNS, Police Station- Iliya, District Chandauli, with a prayer to enlarge him on anticipatory bail as the applicant apprehends his arrest in the abovementioned case. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant contends that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant and the victim are distant relatives. The applicant had lent some money to the victim, which she was unable to return and just to create pressure on the applicant and forego the recovery of the amount, this false case has been registered.
