The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release her on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0412 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 316(5), 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Sardhana, District Meerut, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused- applicant is the wife of the main accused Pranay Dattaraj, who was the principal of Gurukul Dev Rishi School, Meerut. The allegation against the main accused is that he got the deposit of student fees in his account as well as in the account of his wife (the present accused).
