Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant hands up the supplementary affidavit in compliance of the previous order passed by this Court and explained the criminal history of one case. The same is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Singh, learned counsel for the accused-applicant, learned AGA for State and perused the record. 3. The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed by applicant to grant anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 61 of 2026, under Sections 8/18 Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, P.S.- Mansurpur, District- Muzaffarnagar. 4. It is contended by learned counsel for accused-applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged by the police on 17.03.2026 with the allegation that the accused-applicant used to cultivate poppy plants in his adjoining land. Further submits that the accused is an old person. The property does not lie in th
