The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 60 of 2026, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 341(1), 336(4), 61(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS, P.S. Hari Parwat, District Agra, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. has been lodged on 27.02.2026 by the informant, who has entered into the agreement to sale with the accused-applicant, Mohan Lal Agarwal and Sohan Lal Agarwal. The accused-applicant is a marginal witness of the sale. He has no role to play. The property was already mortg
