The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 190 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of BNS and Section 66 I.T. Act, P.S.- Cyber Crime, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that in FIR dated 08.09.2025 there is allegation leveled by the informant that her bank account was siphoned of by playing cyber fraud. It is alleged in the FIR that Airtel persons came to her for activation of the eSIM card, due to which OTP was not sent to her mobile and led to the transfer of about Rs. 18 lakh.
