The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 453 of 2025, under Sections 118(2), 125(b), 3(5) of BNS, P.S.- Phase-3 Noida, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case by police on 24.10.2025 alleging therein that one Arvind suffered gun shot injury in open fire by Vishnu. It is mentioned in the FIR that all the five persons including the accused applicant were taking liquor when the gun erupted due to negligence.
