The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 229 of 2024 (S.T. No. 463/2026), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 325, 308 IPC, P.S.- Kasya, District- Kushinagar, during pendency of the trial. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that initially the FIR has been lodged belatedly on 10.04.2024 for the offence of voluntary causing hurt and by entering the house of the informant with lathi danda. There is no specific role defined against the accused applicant. The incident is of 08.04.2024 at about 7:00 p.m. when the relatives of informant were coming to the village, who have been roughed up and beaten. Initially there was no injury
